Near the stopping point at about 900m
Continuous deep snow beyond the 1000m mark
A few deeper water bars
[From John-Graham Kelly] - Snow starts at an unfortunate 900m. Only a few dry patches up to 1000m. Consistent snow after that all the way and about 400cm deep. Will likely be a month until it’s clear most of the way.

[From Sean Patterson] - Tenas Crk FSR remains snowed in from the turnoff with Birkenhead. Despite very hard crusted snow we still couldn’t get much further than 1.5km up Tenas FSR even with chains. So we had to accept defeat and start walking.
The heavily crusted snow allowed us to basically walk the length of the road with no spikes or snowshoes.

A bit rough in spots but water bars are not too bad. Watched an old school outback with a Hitch make it to the top of the road with a bit of scraping from the hitch. Alders are definitely starting to encroach on the road in some spots.

Camp just below Sun God trailhead with view of Ronayne
Road is bushy but if you go slow shouldn't get too many pinstripes. I walked in front of the truck & did some alder clipping above elevation ~1,275m. Some small waterbars but we saw a Mazda 3 which had made it to approx. 1,300m. Parked at Sun God/7pm trailhead.
